Timber wolf congress , mini review,

Post by zed6309 »

I ve had this for a while now and have been edc'ing it most day on and off, i have to say for the £12 i paid for it its very well built, fit and finnish is very good and no gaps at all, all blades snap open nicely and line up with the spring spot on, all blades are very sharp and hold a good edge, ok my only gripe as i think i mentioned before is one of the blades slightly rubbs but as i said its my main blade so it will get scratched now and then, i like the jigged bone style handles but not a fan of timber wolfs badge, i think a gold one or a normal shield would look better, its very comfy in the hand and iam getting to be a fan of this pattern and need to do more searching on it, is it a south design ? i lik the match strike nail nicks as adds a nice touch, all in all a nice knife for the price and comes across more expensive than it is, a good user,

55/8 inches / 93mm long (closed).

2 inch / 50mm long main blade.

Polished stainless steel blades.

Brown jigged bone style handle scales.

Cheers john, these are well made for the price and as i said seem more expensive than they are, i have a barlow by timberwolf that also is well made, i dont mind there boxes as well, im off this sunday with my wife and 3 daughters to wales for 4 days for a break (needed at the Mo) and ill throw this one in my BO bag with my leatherman wave and torch etc as dont wont to take one of my more recent pocket knives i was kindly sent due to worrying about them for 4 days, this one could be replced easy and i would buy another as nice pocket knife, ::tu::
