UNIOUN RAZOR TIDIOUTE PA

The KA-BAR brand originated as a trademark of the Tidioute Cutlery Company. Tidioute was later taken over & renamed the Union Cutlery Company which continued making the brand until Union eventually adopted it as the company name in 1952. Cutco Corporation later acquired the company in 1996.

I think I am going to like this forum! I am hoping to see more. Bret forgot to post my favorite Union. For a girl that loves little pearl knives, it might surprise ya!

Troy,

That is a cool knife! It has a winterbottom bone look to it. I haven't seen one like that. ::tu::

i dont think you could call it winterbottom it was a very neet jigging pattern that would only work on a larger frame knife where do you and brett live ,in northwestern pa seems like our intersts are the same ,my #1 thing ive been searching for locally is a baldwin with jamestown stamp ive never found a pocket knife with the jamestown stamp hope i havent been bidding against you at local auctions as i feel ive seen some of the knives you post locally

We live between Pittsburgh & Erie. I wouldn't worry too much about the bidding, there are lots of PA knife lovers here. They seem harder & harder to get, for sure. Maybe we will run into each other someday.. :)
