The only marking on the knife is a Remington insignia and a pat #r2105 as best as i can tell...

Your knife is handled in pyremite. It has a clip for a main blade and pen for a secondary blade. In mint condtion it would be worth about $150. I can't really tell from the pictures how the knife would grade, but the price falls quickly with any wear and or damage. This is a popular little Remington knife and they are many of these on the market. Well used examples usually sell in the $30- $50 range. In 1938 the 2105 pattern sold new in most hardware stores for 60 cents a piece. The wholesale price to the distributors was 40 cents each.

thanks alot for the post i really appreciate it as i am a fairly new collector... really didnt get into it until i got a big collection given to me and started reading the blades and finding all the little features of the knives interesting...now i think its something ill enjoy doing the rest of my life. I definately have a good headstart on a collection... i dont know if thats cheating or not but im glad i have them...i would say with the knife being as old as it is it would be around 6 or 7 out of 10 as far as perfect goes...
