Please Pray for the McBee family

There are times in each of our lives that rain falls, hard times come and it helps to reach out to our friends and to our God for a little support. This is the place to express those needs, concerns and situations so others in the AAPK family can keep you in their prayers.

Please Pray for the McBee family

Post by philco »

Guys I'm asking for your prayers of behalf of the McBee family. Their 14 year old daughter came home from school yesterday following a breakup with her boyfriend and hung herself. Her mother found her body.
I have known this childs father since he was a kid. He and his children attended the same church I attended a few years ago. The girl and my youngest daughter were in youth group and Sunday School together and attended the same school. I can only imagine the hurt and grief that this family is now experiencing and I hope you will pray that the Lord will comfort them as only He can. Also please pray for her former boyfriend as I'm sure he has and will have a great burdan to bear in the wake of this tragedy.

Thanks,

Phil

Prayers sent for her and her family...Also for the young man and his family. Like Mitch said, that is truley sad. Seems like in the times we are living in, there is a lot more of that going on. Just can't figure out why.

My heart hurts. Please dear God forgive her for she did not know what she was doing I am sure. She was a baby! Please dear God help heal those she left behind and may she greet them in heaven when their time to join You comes. I pray for this in Christ Jesus' name.

I can't get her out of my mind. I've seen my share of death in my time but this is just so sad. I too have a child that age, Jack is 15. What would I do if I lost him like that or lost him period? I have been praying for her and her family and friends since I heard and will be doing the same for quite some time.

Guys,

Thanks to each of you for your prayers and concern. I'm with George, this is a tough one to even think about, especially as a parent of a teenager myself. God bless this family.

The McBee family is in my prayers.
That is devastating to the family.

We had that happen several months ago in our family.
My kids still talk about it and ask "Why?" (the boy was their cousin).

This family will need your prayers for months, even years.
Keep praying for them.
