Book on Knife Repair and Restoration
Looking for some reference materials on Knife Repair and Restoration. Would like to try my hand at some repairs and restoring of pocket knives. So, I was wondering what reference materials (other than this great site) you guys would recommend.

Knife Repair & Restoration by Adrian Harris
Ben Kelly has a book called The Complete Book of Pocketknife Repair but it is out of print.
You might find a copy of Kelly's book on Amazon if you are willing to pay plenty for it.
The last time I checked Amazon (a couple weeks ago) I couldn't find either book.
I will have to search and see if I can find some. I used to sell Harris' book in my AAPK store, but haven been able to find then for a while.
Both books are good, but the best IMHO is Harris book, if you can find the latest edition.

Be careful about knife repair, it is far more addicting than simple knife collecting!

I just ordered Harris' book. I found it through "bookfinder.com", and bought it through amazon. $53+ . There are a few more on Bookfinder ifn yer interested. Good luck.
