I guess it sort of depends on why you want it, but if you just want a decent using knife of that style you could re-handle any of the M4-M7 bayonets. If you go that route, you might want to look at pics of originals to get the guard orientation correct.
If you've got to have an Ontario, some of the knife dealers should have one, or you could try posting over on usmilitariaforum.com
