Hello,
Just seeing if anyone here could provide me with any information at all concerning a 2 bladed pocket knife labeled "WALLKILL RIVER WORKS Walden, NY." Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You!
Steve

Hi MarblesMan,
I looked the brand up in Bernard Levine's Guide to Knives and Their Values and found out the following...
It was a N.Y. Knife Co. Brand. They were manufactured in Walden, New York from 1928 to 1931. He rates it as a high on his value scale.
I would like to add that the N.Y. knife company made very high quality knives. In my opinion, they are second to none.

Thanks for the good news Bryan!
My father just passed away and he was a collector. I'm starting to pull out the rolls and cases and boxes of knives he passed down to me. I'm gonna try and get as many books and reference guides as possible, but hoping this forum will come in usefull as well.
It's gonna be one hell of a process trying to catalog well over 5,000 knives if you know what i mean.
Thanks again!
