Nice butterfly knife.
Looks like bone handles with brass. Although I am far from an expert. Are there any identifying marks on the knife, "Stamps" You may try the the http://www.bladeforum.com and log into the balisong section. They may have a better idea. Hopefuly somone can give you way more information than I can.
