If you haven't already guessed, I am crazy about Pa Knives

I am from NW Pennsylvania and have been collecting for more than 30 years. My CASE collection at one time numbered 400 pieces. I am sorry to say that I no longer have that collection. But I do have a nice house that it helped pay for!!!!!! About ten years ago I decided to exclusively collect Pennsylvania related pocket knives. So not only manufacturers but importers, hardware stores etc. that had a tie to PA. This has been a lot of fun. My collection stands at only 40 at this time but it has some rare finds. I have many more to go. Money as always limits my collection but, it isn't about how many as much as it is about what you have and how they are related. My pride is a Tuna Valley which is an EXTREMELY rare relation to CASE. I have been waiting for this knife for a long time and the seller has been very generous to hold it for me. Another I have is a Beaver Falls from the 1860's. This is a beautiful old jack. If fact I have the company that was before Beaver Falls to. Pittsburgh Cutlery. Before them was Binn and Mason. Don't have one yet, but I am watching. As you may or may not know, these all became Cat from Little Valley NY. Gosh I love Knife history. My area has plenty of it. Sorry to ramble

Would love to share some photo with you if you like. As you know, most of the time, the family thinks your crazy and isn't to interested in a bone handled pocket knife from the late 1800's. But I knew somene would be. Welcome to the forum.
