I picked up a Buck 813 Work-Man today. It is a very stout 3 blade electrican's mate. I am wondering if it was a contract knife and how long it was produced? Actually I just would like to know more about it. I put in an old 112 sheath and slid it on my belt.
Thanks,
Mike

WAZ,
I don't collect these but have interest in the 300Series Workmans...someone in another forum site talked about them recently I will try to find that for you. I believe they came in three or four different versions. Were displayed in stores in clam-packs and boxes. They are a Buck product will try to find when they got started or bring the other forum info over here........300bucks

300BUCKS,
That would be great. The one I own is tang stamped BUCK over 813 / over USA making it a 1993. It is a serious worker for sure. Now I'm looking for a mint one to collect.
