It is a commemorative knife made for the 1933 Worlds Fair in Chicago, and probably sold there as well.
Cool souvenir knife!
A Century of Progress International Exposition was the name of the 1933 Worlds Fair.
Judging from the tang stamp is appears to be correct for 1933.
