My new Canoe

Hoyt Buck produced the first Buck Knife in 1902. Hoyt and his son Al moved to San Diego and set up shop as H.H. Buck & Son in 1947. Al Buck revolutionized the knife industry in 1964 with the infamous Model 110 Folding Hunter. The company's innovative history and attention to quality have made for many great collectible knives.

Thanks, philco. The SMKW catalog that I got the other day has a moose pattern in it that I might check out. I think there is a toothpick, a stockman, and a tiny trapper too. All with the same woodgrain scales like this canoe.

I got one of the tiny trappers a while back from the NRA. I thought it was just too small to be very useful. I have several Buck knives and I have found the ones I have carried to be excellent users. You get a lot of knife for the money IMO.
