Throwing stones.

I worked out in the Nevada desert at a mine and it was close to several dried up lake beds.. If you would walk out into the lakebed as far as a man could throw a rock you would find just that.. Rocks that have been chipped and fitted to a mans hand and thrown thru a flock of ducks or geese who were on the lake... Im sure some of those guys could rifle a rock just like a baserball pitchers.. they just had to hit a bird then send the kids out to run it down..
