What pattern is this NYK called?? stockman/cattle/jumbo
This big new york knife is 4 3/16 closed in length and swelled in center, what pattern is this knife??, The top knife is a 3 7/8 normal stockman and the bottom knife is a normal jumbo cigar at 4 1/8. Thx Mark

Most of the time I've seen it called a three backspring cattle knife (I assume yours has three backsprings). When it comes in the two bladed version I see it called a Eureka jack.
By the way, most of the ones I see are only 3 5/8".

Very similar to what I've seen called a Norfolk pattern cattle knife.

It is called a eureka cattle knife. Very nice, by the way.
