Utica Cut. Co. knife question

Here is a knife that I've been trying to get some information about. It's a small button knife, 6" open and 3 2/8" closed, with "UTICA CUT. CO. JAPAN" stamped on the front tang and "STAINLESS STEEL" on the back tang. Any information about this knife is appreciated.
