Tom - beautiful flowers! Great job with the camera work. You caught it!

Phil - sorry you caught it, too! Hope it doesn't crimp your style too much.

We are ok. No report on the other driver so far. I was stopped at a red light when a Ford Explorer bumped my truck doing about 45-50 (my guess). Assuming it’s a total I’ll most likely replace my truck with a very similar truck because I really liked this one.

At the very least it will need a new bed and a new frame and a new gas tank............ So what color will the new one be? ::super_happy:: Good to know that you and the Mrs. are okay.

I'm glad you and your wife are not hurt, Phil.
I got rear ended a few years ago. Same thing, I was stopped at a light. I wasn't hurt.
It was a very disruptive pain in the but that lasted for many weeks.

Glad y'all are OK, Phil. I hope y'all went to the hospital to be checked out. RECs can cause injuries to the occupants of the struck car that don't show up for a couple of days.

This happened to my sister back in 2003 up in Dallas. My sister was sitting at a light 2 blocks from home. The 17 y.o. girl driving the other car hit my sister so hard that the other car's license plate could be read in my sister's rear bumper. This was the 17 y.o.'s FIFTH wreck. Turns out her parents were "insurance hopping", changing companies whenever she (the girl) got canceled. The girl was subject to seizures and should NOT have been able to have a driver's license - but the family lied on the license application.

The impact stretched my sister's neck enough that she ended up with a very stretched brain stem, resulting in numbness and tingling in all extremities. She (my sister) hasn't been able to hold a job since.

 Ouch Phil!
Thank the Lord that you and the Missus came out ok ::pray:: .

Yup, please follow the fellers advise, and make sure to get the doc to check you both out. Rear enders can be very nasty, zz's sister for example.

Please tell your sister that she's in my thoughts and prayers ZZ, hope thing will be ok for her ::pray:: .

Yup Biggy, stuff is made everyday, your health is not. Best to try and be preventative in this case, and catch anything early.

Praying for you and Miss Valerie, that everything comes out ok in the next few weeks ::pray:: .

This is my son's October 1951 FARMALL tractor and believe it or not that darn thang runs like a tank.
He thought it was funny when I said that tractor come off the assembly line 1 month after I did.
Right now he and another guy have it torn down and they are restoring as much as they can with
original parts. He said there was an old MASON jag on there for something that I don't remember.
