Here's a photo of a spider in its web taken at night by my daughter. I thought it made for an interesting effect.

That is beyond A MIRROR FINISH. the CUSTOMER WAS SUPER WOWED. and the lady that referred him so I hear. A ten year finish. He was doing a vintage Porsche boxster for her yesterday. He is doing much better but looking into a knee replacement. Thanks for asking. bob

Fluorite with white calcite. Hardin County Illinois. it was filthy when I got it so I gave it a cleaning. All mines long closed. Used for hydrofluoric acid and welding flux.

Good forging work from the beginning of the last century. Let me ask you - does anyone know what is this?

That's a mighty comfortable looking scene, bighomer. Took a second to figure the diagonal line in the middle of the picture.
There is so much beauty in creation if we only look around. The mineral rocks, spider webs, all are so unique. We seem to have an extreme number of the big Golden Orb spiders this year, very interesting to watch.

Trying to recall an image of the hobbles Granddad used on his milk cows. Not working so far.
