Most axis in Texas on are game ranches behind game fences, but there are a few free range that have escaped.

Hmm - there does seem to be something missing from your picture - in fact two somethings. How does the poor thing swat flies away from it's eyes??

I've seen plenty of calves born on a cold night that had there ears frost bite off but this calf has no holes where the ears should be. Born without them. ::shrug::

I was thinking 'froze off' but no ear holes either. Unusual.

This can't be right. Someone told me if the earth was flat everything on it would have been knocked off by cats.

The first photo is of a poster for the very first Paul Newman camp for children with life threatening illness located in Conneticutt. More camps were to follow. The second photo is of the interior of the main building. I included this for the many of our members who are hunters. Around the circular wall 7 moose heads are mounted. One day Newman arrived for a visit and pitched his hat in the direction of a moose. It landed on the antlers. This of course delighted the children who quickly started calling him Mr. Neumoose.

I hope those controlling his estate and/or foundation are continuing to support and fund those camps.

What I can state is that Neuman's Foundation continues with grant money generated primarily by the successful food products established by Mr. Neuman, Neuman's Own. No longer associated with the Foundation, a sister of mine established several of the camps for Neuman in other countries and these continue today.

There has been conflict between Neuman's family and the man to whom he turned over the reigns of the foundation. Details can be found online, particularly an article by Vanity Fair.

When it comes to family money, there will almost always be conflict and the greater the amounts involved, the greater the conflict.

I could be wrong, however, aren't some of the NASCAR Drivers associated with the Hole in the Wall Gang?

I have no knowledge on this. It would seem likely to me given Neuman's long association with the race car industry.

He probably feels quite comfortable in that open space where a coyote can't get him, looking for what little grub he can find.

I agree. They have an interesting life ahead of them. Their father does logistical work for the U.S. so the family moves to different countries a lot. Their older brother already speaks 4 languages. May they live long and prosper.

Great picture & family QS! ::tu::

You'll notice that Left is sleeping while Right is wide awake with an angelic, yet mischievous smile? By taking turns, they can always keep Mom & Dad (or Grandpa) hopping and can eventually wear all the adults down to a state of exhaustion. That's good planning & teamwork in action!
