Thanks TopDog! I am hooked line and sinker on these Japanese made knives at the moment. Got more coming! I keep saying it's only one more knife every time I "get me another one".

I love good quality Japanese made knives too. as I recall in the 80's and 90's A.G. Russell was importing some nice stuff from Seki-City, I ended up with a few pieces. Life changed for me in the mid-90's and I stopped collecting and I still got the A.G. Russell catalog for about 15 years after I bought my last knife from him/them. I must have a 6-foot stack of them. I got rid of them, but I wish I had a few today, just to see the old patterns/models and prices...

It is almost hard to believe how they can sell it so cheap and yet it feels like a very high-quality knife....
