Pocket knife (switchblade) restoration?

I'm looking for a knife maker in the Phoenix, AZ. area that does restorations, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated?

Nice site, but his auto prices are a bit far-fetched, IMHO.
Today, I believe my jurisdiction ends here...

I also think the prices on his switches are a bit high but I guess he can charge whatever he wants.
