I was setup at a gun show this weekend…moved 28 firearms and picked up a few clunkers…I’ll see what I got when I get them to the bench for a better look at…

Well I’m unloading guns and cleaning them and hope to get on the knives later today….most of them people walk up to my gun tables and say you interested in this knife and I was so busy I’d give it 5 seconds look over and offer low…just not enough time to check ihem overall and give fair assessment, but it still fun,

Had to head South Florida yesterday, so I stopped at a couple of Flea Markets along the way while on a mission for my wife to look for other items. Kept an eye out for old knives while scoping the stalls. Normal flea market experience (lots of new and old junkers and some overpriced items) but picked up a couple of fun ones to restore.

Top: Craftsman Stockman (lot of wear and will need repair on a chipped/loose scale). Kind of a basket case, but it was only a couple of bucks, so I figured what the heck.
Bottom: 1970 Case C61050SAB swell center hunter “Coke Bottle”.

I’m most excited on the 61050 as it should clean up well.

It was fun hunting!

The look like 1978 one is good shape...the 40-64 one has crack front scale and looks to me a front bolster on the back? because of the CASE XX upside down...but its has no wobble and sharp...Band-Aid to prove it LOL

Nice looking little KA-BAR WR! ::tu:: I'm a sucker for smaller knives with a bail. ::nod:: I've got an LB-1 that's been in my watch pocket for weeks now. ::super_happy:: Just can't seem to put it back in the EDC rotation pile no matter what.

I'd really loooove to have a 62042 with bone & a bail. ::nod:: Sorry I got off topic.

WR could you tell me something about the interesting shield on your KA-BAR. What's that FOE stand for? ::shrug::
