Yall wanna help me pick a hen and rooster?

Hello everyone,
Im looking for help in making up my mind which hen and rooster to spring for and if they are worth the asking prices. All are hen and rooster, two have C. Bertram over Germany and the other one has voss cut. Co over Germany. All 3 have the same bird stamps it appears but they dont look like any of the h&r tang stamps on a list thats floating around the web. All 3 are in great shape to me and id love to have anyone of them in my collection. Please have a look and give me your opinions on which one is oldest/best collector.
