Info on henry sears and son pocket knife

Post by Brinkman0198 »

I think this might be a pen pocket knife but I’d like to know more on the actual year cause even though it says 1865 that probably isn’t it’s true date and what it’s worth and made of, pretty much anything you can help with thanks in advance.

Henry Sears & Co Chicago started in 1865, name changed to Henry Sears & Son in 1883 and sold to Farwell, Ozmun & Kirk in 1897. Farwell started stamping 1865 on the blade.Nice little knife.
Information from Goins.

Welcome here, Brinkman0198.
Nice little tuxedo. Looks like you have some Ivory on your knife.
