Any idea of the makers mark on this German knife?

Hello All,

I have this German camper knife with a mark that looks like a bow and arrow with an inverted key.
I really would appreciate any help if any of the members could let me know the maker of this folder.

From Carter's Guide to German Knife and Sword Makers that is the mark of Theile and Quack of Elberfeld and Hamburg. It is crossed fish hooks with a key and was registered in 1895. They also registered the brand names "ALFRED & Son", 'FULTON CUTLERY WORKS", "TYLER BROS. CELEBRATED CUTLERY" and "WADE BROS. CELEBRATED CUTLERY" to capitalize on the reputation of Sheffield knives.
In 1903 the stock, trademarks and goodwill of Theile & Quack was sold to Gerbruder Weyersberg of Ohligs Solingen. Weyersberg concentrated on export markets. They opened a subsidiary, Ferretaria Universal, in Asuncion, Paraguay, in 1924. In the 1980s Gerbruder Weyersberg had four division: manufacturing cutlery, hand tools and ironware; machines and machine tools; public-address and ventilation systems; and yarn for weaving and knitting. The shareholders sold the company in 1997.

I do have the Levines Goins and Sargent books, but I will be on the lookout for a Carters book as well!!
