It's a little crusty, but I like it. I have a French Lebel bayonet in similar condition it will look good next to

[cottage hill bill]

Any chance of reading the maker and dates on the ricasso? Yours has the marks of a post 1916 bayonet, but could be earlier and reworked to the later specs.

Unfortunately I can't see anything stamped on the blade because of the rust
