Was there a 6231 made with a leather punch in the tested era??

Not sure of the answer. Houston Price's book(1991) shows the pattern and values but nothing with a punch. Some patterns were stamped with a "P" if they had a punch, but I'd guess not always. Good luck with it. J.O'.

No, the 31 was never made with a punch. The 28 was and the 35 was.
