Thanks guys. I've been doing some research on them. The 2nd to last knife has engraved guard and Pommel, I'm sure my terminology is incorrect, was done by a Kent Hurst, as it has KH on the guard. He was a colt firearms master engraver that engraved a handful of knives for Randall.

Speaking of Randalls, one doesn't see so many of these turkey slicers. Even has a sheath in order to get it from the kitchen to the table.
