John, the lanyard whole appears extra large. I'm just wondering if there is a particular reason for that.

The only thing I can think of Garry is the use of a carabiner to clip knife/sheath to clothing/equipment??? And that just a guess??

Very well built but unmarked swell end jack 3 5/8”. Looks like Camillus jigged bone.

Looks like a Queen #10 Jack knife to me. In the late 40's there were a few years where there was no tang stamp. They etched the master blade. They had Roger Bone covers. Looks like the etch is worn off. Nice Knife.

By golly, I think you're on to something there, David! Thanks for looking. It looks just like a Queen #10. The secondary has been reshaped from a pen to a small sheepsfoot. Very cool info.
