Tubing Size for Lanyard Hole - Schrade 6ot

Post by Jeffinn »

I’ve got a couple of Schrade 6ot’s that’ll end up on the workbench soon. Does anyone know what size tubing is used in the lanyard hole?
Thanks.
Jeff

This may be way off-base, but the lanyard hole in my Schrade 142OT is a snug fit for a 13/64 drill bit (.203125"). The tubing OD must be somewhere around 1/4" (.250). I don't have any Schrade folders for comparison, but just eyeballing the photos they look to be about the same. Hope this helps.

Thanks wonderboy! I’ll see if 1/4” is a close fit.
