Look them up on ebay and go to "sold listings" on the left toolbar, ebay selling prices are about the best way to see current value of most knives. Sold items are the only ones to look at, not asking prices. They are popular and have their own following, anybody who collects them watches ebay.

On Arizona Custom Knives solds are mostly $395, some higher depending on the stag.
Protected by a large LOUD dog, and Smith & Wesson...
