second cut stag

Post by winst »

Did Cattaraugus use second cut stag on some of their old "king of the woods" swing guard knives?
Thanks

Not that I know of. Second cut stag is not a material you see very often. Do you have any pictures?
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.

The handle on your knife is bone. This jigging is referred to it as Indian Trail or worm groove bone.
