8OT With Python Pattern Micarta Handles

Post by Jeffinn »

I picked up this really nice 8OT awhile ago and decided to dress it up with some python micarta handles.
Our weather this time of year is quite frigid but I managed to find a day or two where the temps were in the 20's and 30's so I made it out to he shop for a bit.
I had to deviate from my usual artificially lit light box to get the micarta pattern to show in photos. Natural sunlight always works best but this time of year it isn't always an option. Luckily it was shining through our front room window today so I snapped a few pictures.

Thanks for looking!

I'm not a fan of micarta, but that could change my mind.
