KaBar collectors club knife list

Post by spiker5977 »

Hello all knifers! I have been searching high and low for a list of KaBar collectors club knives. To no avail, I cannot find a thing on the net. Would anyone have any info for me? Thanx a million. spiker5977 ::shrug:: :? :(

Sorry guys, I aint no help on your Ka-Bar knifes. I figured since everyone was talking Ka-Bar on this thread I'd ask a question about a couple that someone might know the answer to. The knifes in question are the Ka-Bar lock back with wood handles that looks like a Schrade LB7 and the Ka-Bar with wood handles that looks something like a Schrade 125OT pattern with a liner lock, both stamped made in USA and have brass colored bolsters. They were made around (I'm guessing)the early 1980's with stainless steel blades. Anyone know who made them for Ka-Bar? Were their stainless steel blades made of 440C steel? If not, what type steel? I think the numbers stamped on the tangs of the blades under Ka-Bar all begin with 11?? Anyone got a clue? Johnnie can you find anything on them in your library? Thanks.

tang marks and any other marks on all blades would take the guess work out. take some pics, post and someone will answer.
