Holley pocket knife with scissors
Can someone please help me identify the age of this pocket knife and what it could possibly be worth. Not wanting to sell but want to know what I got. TIA

Welcome here, Mommabird3.
You have a Holley Lakeville. Made from 1854-1930.
Very nice little knife.
Perhaps a seamstress knife.
I don't know when I have seen that combination of blades before but I have seen much less than most.
Couldn't guess a value.

Is there a blade where your fingers are holding the handle ?
Holley knives are very collectible especially those with stag handles as yours has. However condition is very important as it affects value. High value is limited to knives that have either never been used or only very lightly used and never re-sharpened.

Is there a stamp on the tang of the scissors?
The fact the original spring appears to be in the scissors is impressive. Those tended to rust and break. We see a lot of vintage scissors blades with a more modern spring, usually from a Swiss Army manufacturer.
Nice little ladies knife.
And I get the impression there is a third blade, too.
