I went through some of my most used edc's and took some pictures grouping them by brand primarily. I will post some later.

This is what I am carrying today,top to bottom:


1- Benchmade, D2, design by McHenry & Williams
2- Kershaw, #1436, ATS-34 Steel
3- Case tested, #75, modified to single blade
4- George Wolstenholm I*XL, pen knife
5- Utica candle end Serpentine Jack, modified to single blade. Has arched top line of the tang stamp. I just finished this one the other day and need to work on the blade some more. Also may need to put in a smaller rocker pin because there is way too much snap on this put my old fingers!!

Dale, that ol’ Case 75 with the single blade looks like a great EDC. I can just imagine how good that thing wold feel in the right front pocket!

You are so right Phil!
I've got a Case Tested and Case XX and I like the steel in both of them. If I could get that same steel and some of that same old bone in some of that blades they are producing now, like their wharncliffe blades, I would be a huge Case fan!
But they just aren't the same in there stainless steel blades!

My neice wanted a pair of earrings made from spent shell casings. Think that might be a sign. Seems like it's leaning a little harder than usual towards full on redneck side of the scale. They turned out decent but I wouldn't get them for my wife/daughter/sister. Different face, different taste.
Couple smooth oldies today, believe the bare head Challenge is from the 1920s or teens maybe. The Schrade Cut Co some where between 1917-46. A good knife holds up a long time.

I went through a bunch of my user knives, My EDC's on New Year's Day and did a little maintenance.
I may need to thin this herd a little bit...

Great show Dale! I always enjoy group pictures of knives like that.
Please tell me the modles of..., first picture, the two Schrades with the beautiful jigging. They look outstanding! I keep hoping to find an old Schrade with nice jigging like that. Haven't come across one yet. Especially that one in the middle with the (I'll call it pinstripe jigging) looks great! I also really like those customs!
