I found this Colonial Coke Bottle yesterday. I will be carrying it today and on into the future as I greatly admire it. If you want to read about it you will find the story in The Phantom Knife thread. After searching thru my accumulation of sheaths and scabbards of various types I discovered a sufficiently large leather slip that will enable me to successfully carry the knife.

That is a very elegant looking knife Garry. I bet you will enjoy carrying and showing it...

'73 6318HP again today. I swap out every other day.
The '66 and '67 body style for the GTO are my favorites. That's because my first car was a '67 LeMans, the little brother (engine wise) to the GTO. 20211230_090700.jpg
Nice to see you bringing out the Goats Steve!!
And those sharp things aren’t too bad either!!

Paul, if your friend made that slipcase then I think he is very talented. In combo with the Buck you've got a dynamic duo.
Hmm I never asked it's lovely work though

I got this little Japan made Gerber from a member recently. At first I was a little disappointed with it's diminutive size but, it has turned out to be a very nice little knife and constant companion!

guarddogg56, You asked if the Coke bottle Colonial is quality. Good question. I tend to be rather picky in judging knives and I went over this one very carefully. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate it a solid 9.95. For example, the bone scales are perfectly matched as to thickness. Why not a 10? Because while the transitions from handle to bolster are very good, they did not reach the level of being undetectable by feel alone. (eyes shut) But very few knives attain that level. So I think it is fair to say this knife has an excellent level of quality.
