A Little Camillus History

The Camillus Cutlery Company was one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the United States with roots dating back to 1876. The company manufactured Camillus branded knives and was a prolific contractor for other knife brands up until its last days in 2007 when the company filed for bankruptcy.

I just finished reading "Camillus, The Story of an American Small Business" by Alfried Lief © 1944 . I found this free download at archive.org. It was a short but enjoyable read that I thought you might have an interest . :D

I have corrected the link. It should read archive.org. No "s" in archive. It is a nonprofit library....includes contributions from some universities such as the University of California, Brigham Young, Princeton, Columbia University, the Library of Congress, etc. Sorry for the confusion. I just found the book cited in the original post to be interesting and thought others might also.
