Quick Steel wrote: Mon Dec 20, 2021 6:58 pm And two more on this busy Monday. Both of these Puukkos were made by a little shop in Northern Finland called Wood Jewel. Imported by Knives of the North.

This first one has a blade of 3 1/4". The wood is dyed a deep blue as is the sheath.

Next is the Wood Jewel Rainbow Knife with a 3" blade. The handle is made of birch and reindeer antler. Both sheaths come are the dangling type which won't be in your way when seated.
Both knice looking QS but the birch and reindeer really do it for me. ::nod:: ::nod::

Very cool set David! ::tu:: I particularly am attracted to the lockback, mainly due to it only having 1 blade, but all are beautiful knives! 8)

Nice wood dlr, great grain and color. What is it? Congrats on the group.

A white E. Bruckmann just showed up, Schrade whittler helped me free it from packing. Decent old knife, very tight and smooth, great walk and talk, and a cork screw too.

I really don't know. All sites that sell them call it "laminated wood."

Thanks, had no idea it was a plywood, looks pretty good. Color reminds me of that grey sucker rod wood. Very nice looking group for sure. Congrats.

Awesome T/D Nev! ::tu:: Of course I love the frame and blade configuration, but the green bone covers and what appears to be a "wrap-around" shield put it over the top! Congratulations on that find! ::handshake:: 8)
