Hey Johnny,
I hope someone can give you some info on that one because I own its twin. Sadly, mine has lost a bolster on the blade end. I suspect somone used too much force on the screwdriver.
That is a great little design and one any longneck drinker would find most useful.

did a search of past sales on ebay. knives similar to yours are selling for about $5 plus or minus.
