can't find this Remington

can't find this Remington

I must be looking in all the wrong places because so far I have been unable to find any info. on this little Remington. I would love to know the age, and possibly a ball-park value if that sort of thing
(value) is allowed to be discussed here. Thanks very much!

Almost forgot-the number on the blade is R-7993.

My copy of Sargent's (3rd edition) has a similar version R7995 in pyremite (celluloid) on page 286.

Beautiful knife , the last number 3 just designates it as bone .

Your knife is a fine example showing very little wear or use. A visible Remington logo etched on the blade is just about priority number 1 with Remington collectors!!
