Still trying to become more educated on knives. Have had this for a while, don't remember where I got it. I don't find any Bill DeShivs knives with the .com marking anywhere. Can anyone tell me more about it.

The knife is a genuine Leverletto, apparently sold by "theswitchblade.com."
I don't remember much at all about this company. They are not in business.
The knife could have been ordered so marked, or marked after arriving in the US.
Enjoy the knife. While the marking is unique, it doesn't add/detract value. It only shows how hard it is managing a business.

Bill! I noticed on the shot of the back of his knife in the OP it appears to have a screw for the pivot, would this be due to the blade being removeable so it could be exported to restricted countries?

That's not a screw. It's just that the pin head has a dimple in it, and it looks that way.
