scissors

Post by mrwatch »

My friend has turned 95. He has a pair of scissors that was his mother, who was a seamstressIt has a crown symble with a + over the top.
Bolt & nut
Queen.
Patent

also Henry Sears
& Son 1865
The bolt is bronze with a straight slot and a drilled indent. Marked Patent and more I can not make out but a partial 18?
He got a reply that it could not be Sears & Roebuck Co. Could this be Queen cutlery? Thanks, Bob
