You will have until the end of the day on August 30 (11:59 P.M. Eastern) to pick a number. The 2 winners will be determined by the Illinois State Lottery evening pick three drawing on August 31. The member closest to the selected number will win the Jess Horn. The member with the second closest number will win the Endura 4. If there is a tie for the closest number, it will be the member with the closest number without going over that wins the Jess Horn, and the member tied with the closest number that goes over wins the Endura. If there is not a tie for the closest number, but there is a tie for the second closest number, the member that is second closest without going over the selected number will win the Endura.
