This dang thing won’t leave my pocket!
I used it to cut up an apple for breakfast, and some peppers for lunch.

Those old Mercators are tanks. I have a smaller slipjoint advertising model from the '50s that's still going strong, and I just bought the full-size Otter-made lockback earlier this year. In my opinion, it's the best $30 one can spend on a knife, especially from someone who tries to avoid Chinese-made knives. The quality is amazing for a knife so inexpensive.

My office choice today is a -031 1/2 in rough black that I don't think has ever been used. Snap like a bear trap, mirror polished blades, half-stops and pretty sweet jigging.
