Only a guess here and not an answer. Are you sure it's not SOA? There is a boat load of Sons of Anarchy merchandise with skulls / berets available. This may be among that ilk. I cropped / enlarged your picture and still can't tell. Use a magnifier and let us know.

Red! A quick internet search produced 2 results on ebay. The info claims that SOA is the brand and the knife is a "One shot kill " knife. Hope that helps!
