I believe those are the Tuna Valley knives Ryan Daniels had made. As to who actually made it, . . .

I had a "Tuna Valley" that was made by Queen and came in a similar tube.
I don't think GEC made that knife. If you ask in the GEC forum, the dedicated GEC collectors know every knife that GEC has made.

New Napanoch knives are owned by Ryan and Courtney Daniels, and are being made in Titusville, PA by master cutler Jeff Schley, who also is making the Tuna Valley brand knives.
