Re: KNIFE FINDS OF THE DAY
Some great finds guys. I picked up these two last week at one of the local collectible consignment shops. Got both for $25. First, just because I liked the handles a 2010 Buck 371. Plus it does have some great snap on all blades which seems to be hit and miss on some of the PRC made Bucks.
Next a Camillus 72 with the Italic Camillus tang stamp putting it in the late 70's to late 80's production. It did have some rust so I had to do some cleaning. So it does have pitting, but blades are full, no cracks in the handles, and does have some great snap on all blades. Will give it some pocket time.

Picked up at a local computer auction Small German unmarked with great stag, a cheepy Colonial Fish Master and a H&R 92299 shot 22. The handles are something like bakelite.____Dave

Re: KNIFE FINDS OF THE DAY
Dave, you did good in the auction.
I have always enjoyed the older H&R pistols. One of my uncles had a 9 shot top break H&R with a 6 inch bbl. He let us boys shoot it ever so often. To my delight, my dad went to visit his mother and returned with an H&R Trapper in his suitcase. The Trapper was kept in an old sock by my grandma when Daddy joined the Army during WW II. He brought it home to me probably around 1958. It was my constant companion while I rambled the woods along the banks of the Little Econlockhatchee River in Orange County several years before Disney.
It appears your H&R has a similar cylinder as the Trapper, you must remove the cylinder from the frame to punch out the empty brass.
Sorry to her carried away about the old days.

Nice trio, Dave, and interesting 9 shot revolver. I've got a H&R in .32 Smith & Wesson Long that looks similar.
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!

Scott, that's quite a haul. Cleaning and listing will keep you out of trouble for a while.

Nice haul Scott! There’s one or two there that I had to take a second look at!

Nice old H&R! Daddy had an old JC Higgins 9 shot 22 when I was growing up, a swing out cylinder and a 4 inch barrel. It went on many a frog gigging trips and woods rambles with me. I remember, it shot a mile high, but dead on side to side. I wish I had it back.
