Hey Fine Folks,

Does anyone recognize this logo?

I spent some time perusing the Goins I have which has a lot of tang stamp drawings in it and did not see anything like that. Does the sheath have any markings that you could take a clear close up picture of?

It looks like the joint between the blade and guard is soldered which would suggest this is a sword that has been cut down and modified. The sheath would be a newer addition to the modoified blade. Not sure about the stamp but could be a sword or military bayonet mark.
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.

Is that a stamp on the front of the leather sheath? If so a close up photo would be of help. Looks like a hand stitched sheath to me , so it probably is a conversion of some type.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
