I have a bit more on the old Dog Head Ka Bar. The tang stamp is Top line KA-BAR second line Reg. U.S. Pat. Off. goins latest 1925 to 1930. I was surprised that it wasn't Olean N.Y.or"Union Cut Co." This stamp was new to me and I did not see it in any other book. Just thought this was interesting.

knife-nut the knife you referenced did not meet reserve. Top bid $250.50, the seller said he had a very reasonable reserve.
