Tutorial / Giveaway

Post by Bryan »

I am excited to announce an upcoming tutorial / giveaway combination.

Craig (knifemaker3) Blankenship will be making a custom fixed blade knife for us to give away here at AAPK. He is also going to turn this particular knife making session into a tutorial that will be presented with pictures and information on making fixed blade knives via the stock removal method.

Craig has made custom knives for 20 years come Feb. 2009. He has generously offered his time and materials to make this knife.

The tutorial will be posted on the forums as the project progresses. Please click the link below for direct access...

The giveaway will be held the first full month after completion of the knife. We will post a link to the giveaway at the end of the tutorial.

Hope everyone enjoys the show.
Many thanks to Craig!

I always enjoy being able to watch a knife come to life, it is an interesting process and all makers seem to follow their own path. This will be fun to watch and follow.
